June 2005 to March 2007: with Nokia Research Helsinki, working as a Principal Scientist in the area of seamless and context-aware services, next generation network architectures and techno-economic modelling
April 2007 to December 2009: with BT Research in Adastral Park, working as a Chief Researcher in the area of Future Internet related research with a focus on Internet architecture
January 2010 to April 2013: with the Computer Laboratory at the University of Cambridge, working as a Senior Researcher in the area of Future Internet related research, specifically large-scale publish-subscribe architectures with applications in wireless sensing and information dissemination. I’m also a Research Affiliate with the Advanced Network Architecture group at MIT CSAIL.
